Toorak #2

Working with architect Rodrigo Sandoval, we were able to bring a lovely Grand Victorian built in 1890, forward into the current millennium by using a mixture of exquisite materials and careful attention to detail.

This beautiful Toorak house was built in 1890, so a great deal of care was required to ensure it was modernised with the utmost respect to the original structure.

Tuck pointing brickwork, limestone floors and marble tops create a luxurious feel whilst the use of solid timber Ironbark in the kitchen gives warmth and homeliness.

Steel doors and floor to ceiling windows (15 meters in length) bring ample light into the space and give the house an open, contemporary look.

It was our pleasure to have the opportunity to reinvigorate this grand old home and help it to create memories for centuries to come.
